Our middle man is turning 9 today and we feel so blessed to call him ours. He had small class party on Friday at school and today we ate cake, went to the movies, and had ball practice. He wants to go away for a little day trip somewhere so we are thinking a quick beach trip during spring break in a couple of weeks will do the trick. Big parties are a blast but low key celebrating can be good for the soul and we are celebrating our guy. Happy Birthday to the coolest 9 year old we know! Love you TOO MUCH!

So chic 7th birtdhay! I'm pleased that you've shared such incredible party pictures here. That rainbow cake is so pretty. I too would be hosting a fun party at one of the best Chicago venues for our son’s 9th birthday. He wants me to pick his party theme but I am quite confused. If you have any ideas, please let me know.
