The view from my aunt and uncle’s condo.
We got in late Thursday evening but were able to see the family for a bit before turning into bed. Friday, Daddy and Mark decided to play golf and Momma, Connie, Rico, the boys, and I decided to go out for lunch and head downtown. I just have to go to the market while in Charleston. I have to catch a glimpse of downtown full of lanterns and exposed brick. I love the atmosphere!

Reid loves Little Einsteins and these two were singing for a smile.
Can you tell Briggs didn’t want to pose for this picture? Ha!
My guy LOVES some shrimp and grits!
We were borderline ridiculous posing in this giant rocker! The boys were really into this and if I can get the two oldest to be “into” taking a picture…I will drop everything!
Shopping with boys is never an easy task. So, ice-cream was promised but frozen yogurt was the dessert of choice once we walked up on Sweet CeCe’s! The staff was incredibly friendly and we had a blast checking out their gorgeous place!
Reid was really mesmerized by the chandelier.
Blurry shot but this is my favorite furniture store (so far) to browse for ideas.
Friday evening we went out to the family favorite restaurant, See Wee. My dad stayed home because he started feeling ill and Rico decided to stay in with Reid because he was ready for bed. Too much shopping for the little man I guess.
Saturday morning Momma, Briggs, and I got up and went down for quick walk on the beach. Briggs loves to collect shells and I just couldn’t stand coming to the beach and not actually going down to touch it! Afterwards, Rico took Spencer and Briggs to Frankie’s Fun Park for some game/go cart time while the girls took the little guy to lunch and more shopping!
Even Reid’s grilled cheese has pretty presentation!
Saturday evening we went out to dinner with the Condons. I can’t believe I didn’t get a group shot of all of us! We really love seeing them whenever we are in town and I hope Madison and Reid will be lifelong buds!
Check out those desserts! Briggs chose chocolate cake and Spencer had Butterfinger pie…whaaaaaat?!
I think he’s ready for a bath and bed!
Yep…momma is still here taking pictures! You can’t have privacy when you’re ONE, Reid!
We got up Sunday and went to brunch with Connie and Jim before heading home. Morgan Creek has a gorgeous view of the water. We really enjoyed our Winter Break in Charleston and can’t wait to go back this summer.
No time to sleep in….let’s go!
